I am a seeker, a fighter, and a student of life. My path has been shaped by extremes - military service, martial arts, and the quiet battles of self-discovery. I have lived in the space between intensity and stillness, between discipline and surrender, and it is in that balance that I found my way to yoga. Not as a routine, not as a performance, but as a means of understanding the self.
With 500 hours of certified training and a lifelong exploration of movement, philosophy, and human nature, I founded Salt Fire Yoga to offer something beyond the surface. This is not just about flexibility or strength; it’s about awareness, resilience, and the fire that fuels transformation. My practice is deeply rooted in Raja Yoga, a path of mental mastery and self-discipline, integrating movement, breath, and contemplation to cultivate clarity and inner fortitude.
The philosophy behind Salt Fire Yoga is simple: Salt, Fire, Smoke.
• Salt preserves, heals, and carries wisdom. It reminds us of what is essential.
• Fire transforms. It burns away illusion and forges strength through adversity.
• Smoke is the unseen, the subtle, the breath that moves through all things. It teaches us to navigate the intangible, to embrace impermanence, and to understand what cannot always be controlled.
At Salt Fire Yoga, I offer more than poses. I offer space. A space where your strength doesn’t have to wear armor, where vulnerability is honored, and where the fire within you isn’t something to control but something to understand. My classes blend somatic awareness, trauma-informed practices, martial-inspired flows, breathwork, and philosophy drawn from traditions like Taoism, Vedanta, Stoicism, and the Bhagavad Gita.
This is for those who seek depth, not distraction. For those who want to move not just their bodies but their minds. For those ready to step into their own fire and emerge with greater clarity, presence, and peace.
If you’re ready, I’ll meet you there.
