In this immersive Salt Fire Yoga session, you will witness, interact with, and learn from one of nature’s most profound teachers - smoke. Through guided breathwork, meditation, and movement, we explore how life, like smoke, cannot be grasped or controlled. The more we chase certainty, the more it slips through our fingers. But when we learn to observe, respond, and flow with what is, we find ease, adaptability, and peace.

This session incorporates incense as a tool for awareness. Each participant will receive incense to interact with, watching as it rises, shifts, and dances beyond their grasp. Through this simple yet powerful practice, we uncover the futility of control and the beauty of surrender.

Rooted in Raja Yoga principles, this class will guide you through breathwork, philosophical reflection, and movement, helping you integrate these lessons into everyday life.
